Position Overview Harmony ABA Centers is seeking an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will be passionate about mentoring staff, maintaining high standards of clinical integrity, and driving quality outcomes for our clients. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

- - Competitive Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

- - Provide clinical oversight and supervision RBTs to ensure treatment fidelity.

- - Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic care.
- - Monitor and analyze clinical data to guide treatment decisions and ensure progress.
- - Uphold ethical and professional standards as outlined by the BACB and state regulations.
- - Eligible or currently licensed as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas.
- - Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising clinical staff and overseeing ABA programs.
- - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- - Commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture.
- - Ability to commute to or relocate to Katy, TX prior to employment.
