As we continue to grow in Katy, TX, we are seeking an experienced Senior BCBA to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a BCBA who wants clinical influence, manageable caseloads, and professional growth—without burnout or unrealistic productivity demands.

The Senior BCBA provides clinical oversight, supervision, and program development while maintaining a balanced, high‑quality caseload. This role plays a key part in clinical excellence, staff development, and program consistency.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBAs in training
- Provide clinical guidance to ensure ethical, evidence‑based care
- Monitor treatment progress and adjust programs as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support training, onboarding, and clinical best practices
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Eligible for licensure and practice in Texas
- 3 years experience preferred
- Experience supervising RBTs and/or junior clinicians
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment skills
