The Lead Physical Therapist is responsible for providing day- to- day, clinic and executive administration support and supervision to all clinic staff. Makes decisions regarding patient care activities in area of responsibility.
MINIMUM EDUCATIONBachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum Work Experience5 years of experience in a healthcare setting. Previous experience in Physical Therapy preferred.
Required Licenses/CertificationsEligible for or licensed by Texas Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy Examiners
Required Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professionalism and strong work ethic; the ability to anticipate needs, the ability to multi-task and follow HIPAA guidelines.
- Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development.
- Knowledge of regulations, QA and procedures, and quality patient care.
