Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in an on-site day program setting, helping with daily activities, engagement, and community-based support.
Responsibilities- Assist individuals with daily living and personal care needs
- Support community integration and social activities
- Encourage independence and skill development
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Complete documentation and daily notes accurately
- Transport clients as needed
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, and staff
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not required
