Compensation:
  • Base salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually based on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Active Texas Physical Therapy License or eligibility for licensure
  • Three or more years of outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Interest or experience in orthopedics, manual therapy, dry needling, TMJ treatment, vestibular rehabilitation, or balance therapy
  • Strong communication and patient relationship‑building skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team‑oriented environment
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat outpatient Physical Therapy patients
  • Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings
  • Provide hands‑on, evidence‑based treatment interventions
  • Support patients through orthopedic, vestibular, balance, TMJ, and wellness‑focused rehabilitation programs
  • Educate patients on movement, injury prevention, recovery strategies, and long‑term wellness
  • Build trust and strong therapeutic relationships with patients
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with support staff and fellow clinicians to ensure coordinated care
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience from initial evaluation through discharge
