At Essential Speech and ABA Therapy, our team of BCBAs, RBTs, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Occupational Therapists collaborate to provide holistic and individualized services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) aged 18 months to 7 years old - all under one roof!

Essential Speech and ABA Therapy, a leading provider in comprehensive ABA therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. We are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions to children ages 18 months to 6 years old on the autism spectrum.
We are looking for a passionate, organized, enthusiastic, clinically experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is seeking full-time employment to join our team.
This role will require both clinical and leadership excellence. If you are ready to join a collaborative, integrated therapy team, this is the position for you!
Job Responsibilities
- Create Individualized, research-based client programs
- Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
- Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
- Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center.
- Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training
- Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
- Safety Management
- 30 hours of billable hours per week
- Support a caseload of 8-12 comprehensive clients with the support of a BCaBA or Lead RBT
- Work collaboratively with the owner of this site and the office manager to support clients and families.
- Coordinate care with in-house speech and OT providers.
Qualifications
- BACB Certification
- BLS / CPR certification
- Clear background check
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active - Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong working knowledge of behavioral theory and applied behavior analysis
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Clinical Support from the Director of Clinical Quality
