We are seeking a compassionate, mission-minded Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) to join our medical team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about serving women with excellence while using their clinical skills to make a lasting impact.
What You’ll Do- Perform limited obstetrical ultrasounds and submit images to the reading physician.
- Review patient medical history before ultrasound appointments.
- Conduct urine pregnancy testing and communicate results with compassion.
- Educate patients on fetal development, healthy pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections, and abortion procedures using evidence-based information.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Maintain clean, sanitized exam rooms and ultrasound equipment.
- Provide appropriate follow-up communication and referrals to community resources.
- Collaborate with staff and volunteers to provide exceptional, Christ-centered patient care.
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) credential with current Texas licensure.
- OB/GYN ultrasound experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with electronic documentation and computer systems.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Is a Christian who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to the sanctity of human life.
- Fully supports Adira Clinic's mission, values, Statement of Faith, and Statement of Principle.
- Serves patients with compassion, professionalism, integrity, and excellence.
- Maintain current RDMS certification and continuing education requirements.
- Complete required clinical training, including infection control, Bloodborne Pathogens, PPE, Universal Precautions, and pregnancy testing protocols.
- Follow all clinic safety policies and medical standards.
