Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to provide in‑home Physical Therapy services for pediatric patients. Whether you are an experienced Physical Therapist

As a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will play a vital role in improving mobility, independence, and quality of life through meaningful physical therapy interventions.

- Provide evidence‑based Physical Therapy in the home and community
- Perform evaluations, reassessments, and develop treatment plans (PT)
- Implement treatment plans under supervision (PTA)
- Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence
- Support pediatric patients in developing or regaining physical, neurological, and functional skills
- Educate and empower families and caregivers for daily carryover
- Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners
- Develop and instruct home exercise programs
- Document all care and services in an EMR system
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (Texas)
- Current CPR certification
- At least 1+ year of pediatric or home health Physical Therapy experience
- Experience working with medically complex children
- Bilingual:
English and Spanish
