This entry-level opportunity is designed for individuals who are passionate about working with children and interested in building a rewarding career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). No prior ABA experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you will:

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism.
• Implement individualized treatment programs designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development.
• Collaborate with caregivers and clinical team members to support each child's progress.
• Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

No ABA experience required. We are looking for candidates who have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A passion for working with children
• Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Dependability and professionalism
• A willingness to learn and receive feedback
• Ability to actively engage with children, sit on the floor, stand frequently, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
