• Caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents
• Assisting with daily activities such as wardrobe, hygiene, and mobility
• Helping with housekeeping, telephone use, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery
• Observing and reporting any changes in residents’ condition or status
• Conducting rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents
• Supporting dining services by escorting residents, serving meals, and cleaning up
• Performing other duties as assigned

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• CNA certification is a plus but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, families, and associates
