Lucid Hearing is seeking a hearing instrument specialist or audiologist to join our dedicated team in Katy, TX. Lucid is a leading innovator and retailer of hearing solutions, offering state‑of‑the‑art hearing aids and testing equipment. We are an expanding business looking for passionate people to join our family.

We are seeking licensed hearing aid dispensers and/or dispensing audiologists who are motivated, ambitious, and passionate about helping the hearing‑impaired. You should have a sales attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent follow‑up skills, and problem‑solving abilities. Two‑thirds of our Operations Leadership team are promoted internally, and we strive to promote from within.

• Greet customers and offer free hearing screens
• Analyze test findings and make recommendations based on customers’ hearing loss
• Recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing solutions
• Educate patients on how to use and maintain the hearing aid devices; provide demonstrations and information
• Make follow‑up calls to patients to ensure satisfaction with their assistive listening and hearing device

• Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and/or Audiologist
