Company name is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists.

• Avg pay per 60-min massage: $45 -$55 (includes gratuity)
• Advanced services:
  Up to $80 for 80-100 min treatments
• Steady schedule with loyal guests & members
• W-2 position
  - We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage

Service

• Signature/Relaxation Massage - 60 min - $45 - $50
• Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone - 60 min - $50-$55
• Extended Modalities - 80 - 100 min -$58-$80
• Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments
• Average therapists gratuity: ~$20 included
• Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $50K-$65K+ annually
• Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

• Full-time or part-time
• Weekend/evening availability preferred
• 10-minute turnover between services
• Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages

• Track guest progress with simple SOAP notes

• Active Massage Therapy license in Texas
