Position
Hearing Instrument Specialist / Audiologist – Full‑time – Katy, TX, USA
Responsibilities- Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen
- Analyse test findings and make recommendations based on the customer’s hearing loss
- Recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing solutions
- Educate patients on how to use and maintain hearing aid devices, provide demonstrations and information
- Make follow‑up calls to patients to ensure satisfaction with their assistive listening and hearing device
- Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and/or Audiologist
- Motivated to help people hear better
- Ambitious with a sales attitude
- Enterprising mindset and problem‑solving skills – role offers great autonomy
- Excellent follow‑up skills
