- Plan regular and modified diets for all ages of patients as prescribed by Medical Staff
- Routinely visit patients
- Counsel patients with nutritional needs
- Participate in hospital, patient, and community education and outpatient programs
- Assist with maintenance of the department's Quality Assessment & Quality Improvement plan
- Registered with Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Licensed by the State in which the facility resides to practice Dietetics
- 3 years' experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Rehabilitation experience is a plus
Demonstrates expertise in planning and implementing dietary programs for diverse patient populations, while ensuring compliance with quality assessment and improvement standards. Proficient in patient counseling and education related to nutritional needs in clinical settings.
