Job Description

All Care Therapies is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-A) to join our dynamic outpatient clinic part/full time in Katy, TX ! We are looking for a clinician who is fluent in Spanish to deliver compassionate care to our pediatric patients, contribute to the multidisciplinary team, and collaborate with families to deliver a plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Implement an individual's plan of care
• Maintain a caseload of pediatric population
• Keep appropriate and daily documentation
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to maximize client progress
• Complete all clinical notes in a timely manner using the company’s EMR system
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Speech and Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) program approved per ASHA guidelines
• Active SLPA License in the State of Texas
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an SLPA
• Experience with language, articulation, pragmatics, and parent coaching
• Experience in a clinic private practice, home health, outpatient clinic, and/or teletherapy setting
• Experience writingSOAP Notes
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform
• Should be comfortable working with children (18 months+)
• Bilingual and able to treat in Spanish is a must

• Experience with fluency, behavioral modifications, adults, & AAC, preferred
• Current CPR certification
