Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly

• Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
• Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required
• Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired

• Greet and assist guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, enhancing their overall experience.
• Perform nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and complete.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and room readiness.
• Monitor hotel security systems during the night shift, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to management, providing insights into occupancy and revenue trends.
