We are hiring senior leaders to help shape, build, and scale this from day one.

• $35MM+ U.S. track record placing development, investment and real estate construction professionals
• 100,000+ fully coded U.S. client contacts across company size, sector, hiring skillset, seniority and geography, with direct emails and cell phones.
• Six-person in-house data team in Houston, dedicated exclusively to scaling the GC platform.
• Enterprise-grade tech stack with integrated texting, best-in-class email delivery via Source Whale, and full Bullhorn and Linked In Recruiter integration for seamless workflow and tracking
• Proven ability to launch new markets and generate rapid ROI.
• Existing client relationships across developers, investors and construction groups to be leveraged.
