Are you a passionate recruiter who thrives on connecting great people with great opportunities? We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple locations nationwide. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and play a key role in shaping our workforce while ensuring compliance with employment and affirmative action programs.

What You'll DoAs a Recruiter, you will:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for both exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending top candidates.
- Communicate recruiting strategies, market insights, and hiring recommendations to leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Develop and maintain diverse recruiting pipelines through a variety of sourcing channels, including:
- Online job boards and social media
- Internal and external job postings
- Employment agencies
- Job fairs and networking events
- College and university partnerships
- Community outreach programs
- Build and maintain candidate pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruiting and selection processes are consistent, effective, and aligned with company standards.
- Support interview processes, reference checks, and hiring decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, affirmative action requirements, diversity recruiting initiatives, applicant tracking procedures, and job posting regulations.
- Maintain accurate applicant records and recruiting metrics.
- Promote and support company health and safety policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Proven success recruiting and hiring high-quality talent across a variety of positions.
- Strong experience in either corporate recruiting, agency recruiting, or a combination of both.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
- Demonstrated success with internet-based sourcing and recruiting.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and strong decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of recruiting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
