Supply Chain Systems Engineer (MHE Integration)

We are looking for a highly skilled MHE Specialist to join our team in Katy, Texas. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and cutting-edge automation technologies to drive efficiency in our distribution centers.

As an MHE Specialist, you will lead the design, integration, and optimization of complex automated systems. You’ll be the technical glue between our WMS (Manhattan, Korber, etc.) and our MHE vendors (Dematic, Honeywell, etc.), ensuring seamless data flow and high-performance operations.

• Solution Design: Lead technical workshops to document business requirements and design scalable data flows between WMS and MHE systems.
• Integration & Implementation: Develop and configure applications using SOAP/REST APIs, JMS, and SQL.

  Coordinate with automation partners and hardware vendors to ensure project milestones and performance standards are met.
• End-to-End Testing: Lead unit, system, and UAT testing, including physical load/stress testing within the DC environment.
• Technical Leadership: Draft functional documentation, provide Level 3 support, and manage security remediations or system upgrades.

• 7+ Years of Experience in supply chain and logistics systems within retail or distribution.
• Deep Technical Expertise in Warehouse Automation/MHE integration with WMS (Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc.).
• Proven Track Record with Dematic, Honeywell Intelligrated, and voice‑picking (Vocollect) technologies.
• Technical Toolbelt: Proficiency in SQL, RDBMS, Unix shell scripting, Postman, and printer configuration (CUPS).
• Strong Communicator: Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business‑ready solutions.

• Onsite Presence: Regular attendance at our Katy, TX office.
• Travel: Ability to travel to Distribution Center locations as needed (typically a few days per month).
