Purchasing Specialist

Compensation: $28 - $30 /hour, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Purchasing Specialist to join their team!

Step into an exciting opportunity as a Purchasing Specialist, covering a maternity leave from mid-December through April 2026. Join a dynamic team in a vibrant work environment where you'll play a crucial role in managing communication and coordination for store and retail planning. • Manage purchasing and communication with vendors.
• Coordinate and manage delivery schedules.
• Ensure smooth operations during maternity leave coverage.
• Utilize MS Suite:
  Excel and Outlook for daily tasks.
• Maintain strong communication with team and vendors.

• Proven purchasing experience.
• Proficiency in MS Suite:
  Excel, Outlook.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.

• Experience with store planning.
• Familiarity with Oracle Planning.
• Retail experience is a plus.
