Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Purchasing Specialist to join their team!
Step into an exciting opportunity as a Purchasing Specialist, covering a maternity leave from mid-December through April 2026. Join a dynamic team in a vibrant work environment where you'll play a crucial role in managing communication and coordination for store and retail planning. Key Responsibilities & Duties- Manage purchasing and communication with vendors.
- Coordinate and manage delivery schedules.
- Ensure smooth operations during maternity leave coverage.
- Utilize MS Suite:
Excel and Outlook for daily tasks. - Maintain strong communication with team and vendors.
- Proven purchasing experience.
- Proficiency in MS Suite:
Excel, Outlook. - Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Experience with store planning.
- Familiarity with Oracle Planning.
- Retail experience is a plus.
