Position: Head of Digital Growth & E-Commerce

About The Position

Mobile Cooling Solutions is on an exciting journey of growth and transformation, and we are looking for a strategic, curious, and purpose-driven leader to join us as Head of Digital Growth & E-Commerce, Mobile Cooling Solutions.

Reporting directly to the President of Mobile Cooling Solutions, this role is a key enterprise leadership position and a critical driver of Dometic Mobile Cooling’s evolution into a best-in-class digital and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) organization. You will shape how our consumers discover, purchase, and experience our products globally — while helping redefine core elements of our business model, including assortment strategy, pricing, fulfillment, operations, and customer experience across digital channels.

This role blends high-level strategy, commercial ownership, and change leadership, and is ideal for a leader who enjoys thinking big, building thoughtfully, and empowering teams to deliver sustainable, consumer-first growth.

This role may be located in Irvine, CA, Katy, TX or Bentonville, AK.

Your Main Responsibilities Enterprise Digital & DTC Strategy
  • Own and lead the global Direct-to-Consumer and Digital Commerce strategy for Mobile Cooling Solutions, aligned with Dometic’s long-term growth and profitability ambitions.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership, shaping how digital commerce accelerates overall business transformation.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through data, consumer insights, and evolving digital behaviors.
Digital Channel Leadership
  • Scale and optimize Dometic’s Mobile Cooling digital presence across DTC platforms, Amazon, marketplaces, and selected retail partner platforms.
  • Ensure clarity and alignment across channels, thoughtfully managing channel economics and partner relationships.
  • Stay ahead of market, consumer, and competitive trends to continuously evolve the digital roadmap.
Commercial Growth & Financial Impact
  • Influence assortment strategy, pricing architecture, and distribution models to maximize digital performance and margin.
  • Partner closely with Finance and Supply Chain to improve inventory health, order performance, and end-to-end profitability.
  • Guide promotional and digital investment strategies with a strong ROI and customer lifetime value mindset.
Digital Marketing, Analytics & Consumer Insight
  • Collaborate with Marketing to integrate SEO/SEM, CRM, performance marketing, social, and influencer programs into a cohesive digital growth strategy.
  • Build strong analytics and insight capabilities to understand customer behavior, funnel performance, and channel economics.
  • Translate insights into meaningful improvements in customer experience, product development, and merchandising.
E-Commerce Operations & Platforms
  • Oversee digital operations including product catalog quality, pricing accuracy, content, and marketplace optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with global digital security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
People Leadership & Collaboration
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing, inclusive e‑commerce organization across content, analytics, digital marketing, and marketplace operations.

What You Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

We are looking for capability and potential, not perfection. A strong candidate may have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred, not required)
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in e‑commerce, DTC, or omnichannel consumer businesses
  • Experience leading digital commercial platforms
  • Demonstrated success managing Amazon and marketplace ecosystems
  • Experience owning or influencing large revenue portfolios with a focus on sustainable profitability
