We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Data Automation Assistant to support a critical daily workflow that integrates data processing, automation, and physical mail operations.
This role is key to ensuring timely direct mail outreach regarding court‑filed debt lawsuits. Speed, accuracy, and consistency are essential. The position involves hands‑on operational work (printing, mailing, data cleanup) while also providing exposure to automation tools, scripting, and data systems that power the process behind the scenes.
You will work closely with our Data Operations Specialist, supporting existing systems and gradually learning how to assist with troubleshooting, data validation, and automation workflows. This is a strong opportunity for someone interested in building real‑world technical skills while contributing to a structured, process‑driven operation.
Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
