Business Analyst
BA will be working with various business teams:
- To understand and define KPIs for supply chain data analytics
- Reverse engineer existing reports & trace them back to the source systems
- Document reporting requirements and share definitions with technical team
- Be the SME for DE and BI reporting teams during design, development, and testing
Should have:
- Good retail experience
- Knowledge of supply chain processes: inbound domestic/import, outbound, DC, reverse logistics, vendor compliance
- Industrial engineering, inventory control, finance, merchant logistics
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases
