Dagley Insurance Agency, LLC, a comprehensive independent insurance provider, is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our Service Center Team. The Person al Lines Account Manager will be responsible for answering clients questions, help make coverage selections and be the liaison between the client and the insurance provider.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career by providing comprehensive coverage and placing the correct product(s) in the hands of our insured. We believe in educating our clients about the products being purchased through our knowledgeable and well-trained staff. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of sales experience, thrives in a goal-oriented environment, has excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high regard for customer service.

- Assist clients in making appropriate coverage changes
- Fulfill client service requests for personal lines insurance accounts in a pleasant, professional and timely manner
- Assist in the marketing of new and renewal personal lines accounts
- Ensure client satisfaction through checking policies, making endorsements, handling cancellations, providing information, answering questions, performing research and reviewing accounts
- Offering additional insurance products to existing and potential customers
- Knows and understands the specifics of package policy products
- Ability to multitask; exceptional attention to detail
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Strong automation skills emphasizing AMS
360 and Google Sheets - Ability to analyze risk exposures, existing insurance coverages, and develop appropriate recommendations for clients and prospects
- Minimum of 2 years' experience handling personal lines accounts
- Must be P&C Licensed
- Must possess integrity, ability and willingness to continue to learn, demonstrates drive and initiative, ambition and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be independent, flexible, self-motivated and have the drive to succeed
