Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking property, casualty, health, and life insurance solutions.
Wiemers Insurance Group is looking for a dynamic and motivated Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking insurance solutions. In this role you will offer guidance on property, casualty, health, and life insurance products and help clients find the coverage that fits their needs.
Pay and details- $62,229.45 to $74,943.00 per year

- In person at 23227 Red River Drive, Katy, TX 77494
- Engage prospective and existing clients through outside sales, telemarketing, and retail channels
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance policies
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums to secure optimal coverage for clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and regular communication
- Manage sales administration tasks using CRM platforms for lead tracking and policy management
- Stay current with insurance regulations and industry trends
- Assist clients with benefits administration, claims processes, and policy renewals
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related outside sales roles (property, casualty, health, or life)
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
- Knowledge of retail sales and telemarketing techniques
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Understanding of insurance regulations and compliance standards
