The Insurance Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting clients with their insurance needs, providing expert guidance on various insurance products and services. This position calls for strong customer service and communication skills, along with the ability to negotiate favorable policy terms while actively marketing our solutions.

• From $40,000 per year
• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• In person at our office at 23227 Red River Drive, Katy, TX 77494
• Must be able to commute to Katy, TX 77494, or relocate before starting work

• Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
• Communicate clearly with clients to explain policy details and coverage options
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to achieve favorable outcomes
• Provide responsive customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Conduct outside sales activities to expand the client base
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales administration tasks
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies

• A strong background in retail sales or outside sales is preferred
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• The ability to market insurance products effectively
• A customer service mindset focused on client satisfaction
