Responsibilities

• Drive sales, manage inventory, and support strong category performance.
• Lead category management processes, analyze data, and align decisions with financial goals.
• Shape strategies that influence customer experience and business outcomes.
• Guide product life cycles, negotiate vendor terms, and stay connected to market dynamics.
• Collaborate with partners across merchandising, eCommerce, and sourcing to keep information flowing and initiatives aligned.

• Partner frequently with Assistant Buyers, suppliers, global sourcing, and cross‑functional category teams.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, merchandising, and planning partners to align assortment, promotions, and business strategies.

• 5+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
• Skill in managing multiple categories in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience mentoring or coaching others.
• Ability to develop strong vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• A team‑first attitude; while your core duties are a priority, you are happy to step in wherever needed.

• Up to 15% travel including domestic and international trips.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular in‑office attendance is required.
• Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties.
