Responsibilities- Maintain accurate inventory positions across channels and ensure products are available to meet customer demand.
- Analyze replenishment reports, identify imbalances, and adjust inventory levels to support sales and service goals.
- Collaborate with merchandising, distribution centers, and store teams to align inventory decisions with business needs.
- Manage purchase orders, oversee supplier lead times, and maintain replenishment parameters to ensure efficient flow of items through the network.
- Facilitate store communication, support seasonal and promotional inventory planning, and maintain documentation and internal controls.
- Employ analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional coordination to drive supply chain performance.
- Work closely with buyers, planners, store teams, and distribution centers to support replenishment strategies and inventory flow.
- Interact with Category Management partners to align receipt flow, stock levels, and replenishment parameters with sales expectations.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, DC partners, and internal cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution and effective communication.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 2+ years of related experience in inventory management, merchandise planning, or replenishment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment with strict attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn Oracle Retail applications.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to respond positively to new challenges.
- Customer‑focused mindset when making business decisions.
- Team‑first attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
Physical Requirements
- Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Manage large workloads, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.
- Comfortable with reporting tools and data analysis.
- Effective communication with stores, DCs, and merchant partners.
- Regular in‑office attendance required.
- Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties.
