Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate with drivers and sales staff to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. Follow up with questions and concerns. Assist the warehouse staff with the pick and pack, will calls, pick up now orders and truck orders.

Competencies:

Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize task Strong PC skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point), Email & Internet Use Working knowledge of FMSCA/DOT and ability to interpret government regulations Excellent communication, written, verbal, and training/presentation skills including familiarity with reporting, presentation, and file management software Strong reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to develop and document standard operating processes Ability to handle confidential information Attention to detail, accuracy, and well organized Ability to collaborate and work across the organization Ability to independently follow and execute work assignments, follow procedures, and make decisions determined from available choices and from established guidelines.

Ability to explain information to a wide range of audiences General Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet deadlines.
