• Leadership and Team Management:
  Oversee a team of full‑time employees, responsible for staffing, training, professional development, motivation, retention, and disciplinary actions up to termination.
• Performance Enhancement:
  Propel workforce excellence by implementing progressive strategies in performance and productivity management, providing consistent, equitable feedback, and offering coaching and counseling as needed.
• Operational Oversight:
  Direct operational activities within warehouse settings, conducting meetings to ensure adherence to work instructions, workflow processes, and safety regulations; oversee accurate implementation of work schedules and quality task completion.
• Schedule Management:
  Administer scheduling of employee time‑offs, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Reporting:
  Generate and distribute various reports essential for daily operations.
• Customer Service Excellence:
  Deliver superior customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Security and Integrity:
  Maintain facility security and uphold inventory integrity.

• Educational Background:
  Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Professional
  
  Experience:
  
  At least 1 year of experience in logistics or warehouse management.
• Industry Expertise:
  Profound knowledge of the logistics sector with a network of logistics service providers.
• Leadership
  
  Skills:
  
  Exceptional leadership, influence, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities.
• Language Proficiency:
  Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
• Working Visa sponsorship is available for qualified employees.
