Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers, Texas’ largest RV and Marine dealer, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lot Porter to join our service team in Katy, TX! If you have experience in detailing, forklift operation, and team coordination, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment with a company that values teamwork and growth.

• Coordinate and assist in detailing RVs and boats to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to move and position units safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot.
• Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance tasks as needed.
• Support the service team with additional duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in vehicle or RV detailing, lot maintenance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding and commitment to teamwork.
• Ability to operate forklifts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
