* Basic Qualifications:

*
* -  Must be 18 years of age or older

- ** One (1) year or more of e*
* ** xperience in floor care, including buffing, stripping, waxing, mopping, and scrubbing*
* -  No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

* Preferred Qualifications:

* -  Customer service experience

-  1 year of similar work experience

** Responsibilities:*
* + Clean and maintain floors in accordance with company standards.

+ Perform floor care tasks, including shampooing, extraction, stripping, and waxing floors using appropriate equipment and techniques.

+ Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.

+ Notify the manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.

+ Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers.

+ Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the company, clients, and regulatory authorities.

+ Maintain cleanliness of equipment used for floor care and ensure all tools are in good working condition.

+ Move furniture and equipment as necessary to access and clean all areas of the floor.

+ Gather and empty trash from floor areas and ensure common spaces are tidy.

+ Perform incidental seasonal tasks, such as snow removal or maintenance of outdoor walkways, as needed.
