Position: (USA) Realty Project Coach

Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you will join the Realty Execution team for Walmart U.S. The role is responsible for delivering store and club remodels, new store and club openings, and special projects across the United States. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards, while collaborating with store leadership and supervising hourly team members.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise hourly associates and manage escalations.
  • Communicate project plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate impacts on store operations.
  • Travel extensively to project sites across the U.S. (up to 1,000 miles, 80% of the time).

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field AND 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in the same areas.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in business or related field.
  • 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Project Management – Management Professional Certification.
Shift & Travel

Primarily overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours. Frequent travel is required; you will spend approximately 80% of the time traveling, with trips lasting 17–21 days at a time. Travel mileage will be reimbursed and overnight stays will be paid.

Salary

$60,000 – $110,000 per year, plus performance‑based bonuses.
