the fleet and facilities manager will oversee the maintenance and operation of our company's vehicles, equipment, and facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, technical, and leadership skills. Key responsibilities associated with this position include:
- develop and implement a comprehensive vehicle & equipment fleet management program
- schedule regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs of all company vehicles and equipment
- ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including licensing, registration, and emissions standards
- track and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
- utilize fleetio fleet management software to monitor asset locations, conditions, and driving efficiencies
- maintain company facilities, including offices, warehouses, and outdoor spaces
- coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and facility upgrades
- manage facility budget, including forecasting expenses and identifying cost‑saving opportunities
- ensure excellent compliance with relevant health & safety regulations and mitigate risks
- proven experience in fleet management, facilities management, or a similar role
- strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance best practices, safety regulations, and compliance
- must be at least 18 years of age and have legal authorization to work in the united states
- valid driver’s license
- bilingual in english and spanish
