Leslie’s is launching a General Manager in Training (GMIT) program designed to develop future retail leaders. You’ll be paired with a successful General Manager, mentored through a structured training plan completed in roughly 90 days. Upon completion, you’ll transition into a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager role.
Compensation Range: $38,000 - $41,000 / Base Salary
