Campus Administrative Support Coordinator
Coordinate and support district wide implementation of assigned campus administrative support programs, including attendance, dropout prevention and intervention, graduation, enrollment, registration, student transfers, foreign exchange, and related administrative regulations. Provide program leadership, technical guidance, training, monitoring, and support to campus and district staff to promote consistent implementation, compliance with state and local requirements, program integrity, and fiscal responsibility.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support district wide implementation of assigned responsibilities related to attendance, truancy, dropout prevention and intervention, graduation, enrollment, registration, student transfers, foreign exchange, and related administrative regulations.Work in partnership with the Director of Campus Support to support departmental priorities, district goals, and consistent implementation of assigned responsibilities across campuses and departments.Lead the coordination of all District high school graduation ceremonies by organizing planning timelines, preparing logistical details, facilitating communication, collaborating with high school principals, district leadership, and district departments, and ensuring consistent preparation, coordination, and execution of high school graduation ceremonies.Align local policy and procedures to reflect state requirements for attendance, foreign exchange, graduation, and registration.Communicate any updates of policy, procedure, and state requirements to district, campus, and impacted school staff.Provide leadership, guidance, and support for attendance clerks, campus administrators and district truancy officers regarding state and local policy interpretation and administrative regulation implementation related to attendance and truancy issues.Supervise and collaborate with the Specialist for Attendance and Dropout Prevention to lead efforts for dropout prevention and recovery throughout the district.Supervise and evaluate the assigned specialists within the Division of Campus Administrative Support, including personnel supporting attendance, dropout prevention and intervention, enrollment, registration, graduation, and related responsibilities.Provide leadership and oversight of district-wide campus implementation of compulsory attendance, attendance for credit, and related state/local attendance requirements, including TEC §25.085.Monitor district-wide implementation of truancy filings, which are supervised by the Attendance and Dropout Specialist as well as attend court filings, when neededProvide leadership and guidance to registrars and campus leadership in the understanding of international education systems, including transcript audit, grade placement, and system structure as it relates to the Texas education system.Coordinate and oversee district wide implementation of all aspects of graduation requirements, including Individual Graduation Committee (IGC) processes, guidance, training, documentation, and campus support in accordance with applicable state requirements.Coordinate the foreign exchange student program. Accept, process, and approve applications for foreign exchange students and serve as a liaison with foreign exchange organizations. Prepare and submit waiver applications as necessary.Review and analyze student data to support summer school, transfers, attendance, truancy, foreign exchange and other related programs.Work closely with technology, PIEMS to identify areas of need for improve processes, efficiency, and training to ensure regulations are being followed and campuses have needed resources.Provide regular reports to the Assistant Superintendents regarding areas of responsibility.Review and revise procedural information relevant to assigned responsibilities that appears in published documents and/or the district web page.Participate as appropriate in the training of campus staff in areas regarding campus administration.Prepare and oversee an annual budget for assigned areas of responsibility.Participate in professional meetings and organizations in order to stay abreast of current research and best practices in areas of responsibility.Evaluate assigned staff annually.Perform other duties as assigned.Equipment Used:
