You’ll be working in a modern manufacturing facility supporting electrical component production. The environment is clean, organized, and process-driven, with a strong emphasis on safety, documentation, and quality standards.

• Pay:$22.00–$25.00/hour (starting at $22.00/hr, based on experience)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift

• Location: Katy, TX

• Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

• Inspect electrical components and assemblies during and after production

• Review and verify assembly documentation, QC forms, and inspection records

• Use digital multimeters, metric tape measures, and hand tools for inspections

• Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials or workmanship issues

• Communicate inspection findings with production and quality teams

• Maintain organization and cleanliness in accordance with 5S standards

• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

• 1–3 years of quality control or inspection experience in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics

• Hands-on experience using multimeters and precision measuring tools

• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

• Basic English communication (verbal and written)

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on inspection tasks
