This full-time on-site role in Katy, TX, focuses on the operation and maintenance of machinery to facilitate efficient production processes. The Operator Adjuster/Adjuster Supervisor will oversee equipment setup, ensure proper functioning, perform adjustments, address mechanical issues, and uphold safety and quality standards. The role involves monitoring production workflows, supporting the team in troubleshooting equipment, maintaining precise documentation, and ensuring operational efficiency to meet production targets.

• Technical skills in equipment operation, machinery adjustments, and routine maintenance
• Problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting mechanical or operational issues
• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards in manufacturing environments
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate documentation and reporting
• Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial production is a plus
• Flexibility to work on-site and manage tasks in a fast-paced setting
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are advantageous
