Maintenance Technician for Manufacturing Company

Position:
Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong background in electronics and controls for CNC machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC equipment and other machinery critical to our manufacturing operations.

Schedule:

• Tuesday through Friday
• 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay:

• $25 to $30 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machinery and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and control system issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in electronics and controls, specifically for CNC machinery.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Knowledge of PLCs, servo systems, and CNC control systems is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
