CNC and Stamping Fabrication Technician

As a 2nd Shift Fabrication Technician, you’ll help transform raw materials into finished products by operating, inspecting, and assembling with discipline and care. Your impact shows up in every on-time order and every part that meets spec.

Your Impact Operate and oversee production equipment to maintain optimal output.

Keep safety first and uphold a clean, organized workstation.

Assemble and package products per detailed specifications and work instructions.

Execute quality checks to confirm adherence to company standards.

Coordinate with teammates to hit daily goals and deadlines.

Escalate equipment malfunctions or hazards to supervision without delay.

Engage in training and cross-training to expand your capabilities.

What You’ll Need High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Prior manufacturing experience is beneficial.

Collaborative approach and clear communication.

Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality work.

Mechanical troubleshooting mindset and basic tool knowledge.

Ability to work 2nd shift; weekends as required.

Positive, can-do attitude.

Foundational Skills Shop math proficiency.

Comfort in a manufacturing environment.
