1st shift: 4/10 shifts starting at 6am, ending at 4:30pm; with a 30‑minute lunch and 2 breaks (morning and afternoon)

$29.00/hr

• Selectand verify correct motor for jobto PID.
• Mount, align and mark motor for mounting to motor bed.
• Drill mounting holes for motor.
• Use laser alignment system for shaft‑to‑shaft alignment.
• Use of roto chocks or shims as necessary for each jobto achieve factory tolerance.
• Report any issues to the supervisor on duty.
• Maintain a clean workstation and production floor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Experience operating overhead crane and mag drill.
• Experience using roto chocks and shims.
• Ability to understand and effectively use laser alignment system.
• Follow health and safety standards.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic math skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of related experience required.

• Prolonged periods standing and walking throughout facilities.
• Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment and buildings.
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
