Gear Up and Get Going (Requirements &Job Duties )
- Assemble and complete production orders according to specifications
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to support assembly tasks
- Confirm and document completed orders in SAP or related systems
- Monitor production inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Maintain, clean, and organize tools, equipment, and the production area
- Support shipping and receiving activities as needed to ensure on-time fulfillment
- Collaborate closely with warehouse, production, and operations teams
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following instructions accurately
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production environments preferred
- Ability to use power tools with strong hand dexterity and attention to detail
- Prior mechanical assembly, shipping/receiving, or general warehouse experience is highly beneficial
- Ability to follow work instructions and maintain productivity in a fast-moving setting
