Now hiring immediately for our Brookshire, TX location.

• Day Shift: 6am-6pm
• $100 referral bonus for each person that you bring on with you!
• The Production Operator is an entry level position in the solar panel manufacturing process.
• The Production Operator will safely operate specific equipment, manage material and processes to manufacture high-quality, photovoltaic solar modules at the required rates.
• The production operator will learn to perform operational preventative maintenance procedures, respond to machine alarms, perform basic quality control procedures, and interface with equipment and factory computer systems.

• Resume is preferred, but not required to apply.
• No diploma or experience required; experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Fundamental knowledge to work with different computer applications.
• Ability to use mobile systems, communication devices, and simple tool interfaces.
• Ability to use simple hand tools and measurement tools
• Basic Math skills appropriate to learn typical manufacturing production metrics
• Able and willing to learn (interface with machine control panels, recognize quality, perform data analytics, troubleshoot issues and problem-solve
• Proficiency in English language skills.
• Must take a drug screen.
• 7-year background check for violent crime, sex offenses, and larceny.

• Ability to work in manufacturing environment, including standing and walking for up to 12 hours per day.
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend on occasional basis
• Ability to reach above shoulder and below waist frequently
• Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects repetitively on a frequent basis 20/40 vision in each eye (with or without correction) and the ability to distinguish between red, yellow, and green is required.
