This role is responsible to lead/supervise lines in Injection Mold operations to assure the safe production of coolers of the highest quality.

• Coordinates production activities related to manufacturing and/or assembly, testing and packing activities as required.
• Ensures employees are provided with clear instructions/training along with the correct tools and PPE required; explains and demonstrates injection are a procedures to employees needing assistance or reinforcement
• Assists in conducting daily line and shift meetings – safety, reviews metrics, and assigns operators to workstations
• Promotes Safety and Quality and Environmental awareness. Ensures safe working practices are followed and all accidents, hazards, near misses, and property damage are reported in the required time. Ensure that safety and quality requirements are fulfilled.
• Reinforces the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) with all team members
• Ensure that production activities are carried out in accordance with approved procedures and all non-conformances are dispositional and approved as required prior to further processing.
• Provides training to operators
• Ensures correct BOM is present at each process.
• Finds solutions for technical problems associated with assigned processes
• Ensures correct Work Order labels are present at each process and are completed correctly.
• Ensures assembly components and materials are requested and delivered from warehouse.
• Ensure that ALL unused components and materials are returned to warehouse at the end of run.
• Ensures ALL production is counted, tagged, and sent to the warehouse at the end of run.
• Responsible for the monitoring and control of assigned process.
• Follows-up of trials on new processes.
• Verifies manufacturing working documents.
• Ensures production activities are carried out within scheduled machine and labor hours.
• Performs process verification prior to job commencement.
• Obtains approved disposition for non-conformances prior to process continuation.
• Ensures all labor and machine timesheets are completed accurately and submitted as required.
• Ensures work area(s) are maintained in a clean and organized manner.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in their work area and all common areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• Experience:
  
  Recommended but not required of one (1) year experience performing similar processes.
• Supervisory skills:
  Minimum of six (6) months in supervisory/leadership role.
• Language skills:
  Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
• Math skills:
  Able to add, subtract, divide and multiply.
• Able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. multiple times a day during a 12-hour shift;
  Able to push up to 80 lbs. on rollers or wheels.
• Bend and stand in difficult positions up to 12 hours.
• Minimum height requirement of 60 inches.
• Work environment:
  Hot & humid in summer months, cold during winter.

Roles may involve extended periods (up to 12 hours) of standing and walking, including moving at a brisk pace and occasional stair climbing.

Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and working in low or awkward positions during production or maintenance tasks.

• Operator-level roles may involve lifting up to 25 lb repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Technician-level roles may involve lifting up to 50 lb multiple times per day, including overhead lifts.
• Where possible, mechanical aids (e.g., hoists, forklifts) are used.

Use of both hands is required to operate tools, perform adjustments, and handle assembly materials with precision.
