** Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.50/hour*
* ** Shift: Monday-Friday, 1:00pm-10:30pm/Finish (2nd Shift)*

** What's a typical day as a Wire Cutter? You'll be:*
* + Reading and interpreting pick tickets and cut labels to fulfill customer orders

+ Measuring, cutting, and labeling wire and cable accurately using manual or automated cutting machines

+ Inspecting wire for defects or inconsistencies and ensuring all orders meet quality standards

+ Operating wire cutting machines and material handling equipment safely

+ Staging completed orders for further consolidation, verification, or load out

+ Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe workspace by following established safety procedures

+ Reporting equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to leadership

+ Assisting with inventory handling, restocking, and reel changes as needed

+ Performing physical work, including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 55 lbs.

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have the ability to work safely in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

+ Own or are willing to acquire steel toe boots or shoes

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

+ Are committed to excellent attendance, safety, and teamwork

+ Can perform the physical aspects of the role, such as standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift

+ Are detail-oriented and able to meet productivity and accuracy goals
