Now hiring Combo Welder
Location: Katy, TX
Pay Rate: $33.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday | 6 AM – 6 PM

Looking to build more than just metal? We’re hiring a TIG welder in Katy to join a team built on skill and grit.

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Technical training in welding, fabrication, or a related trade is a plus
  • Welding certifications are preferred but not required
  • Ability to pass a welding test
Experience Requirements
  • 2-5+ years of welding and fabrication experience
  • TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW), and Stick (SMAW) welding
  • Flux-Core welding experience is a plus
  • Experience working with carbon steel and stainless steel materials
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move materials throughout the workday
  • Manual dexterity to operate welding, measuring, and fabrication equipment
  • Ability to work safely around heat, sparks, noise, and industrial machinery
  • Visual ability to inspect weld quality and dimensional accuracy
Job Duties
  • Perform TIG, MIG, and Stick welding on carbon steel and stainless steel components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding symbols
  • Fit, align, and weld piping, structural steel, and pressure vessel assemblies
  • Inspect welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and welding procedures
  • Measure finished parts to verify dimensions and tolerances
  • Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, saws, and cutting tools
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to resolve fabrication issues
  • Support pressure testing, inspections, and final assembly activities
