Location: Katy, TX
Pay Rate: $33.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday | 6 AM – 6 PM

Looking to build more than just metal? We’re hiring a TIG welder in Katy to join a team built on skill and grit.
Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Technical training in welding, fabrication, or a related trade is a plus
- Welding certifications are preferred but not required
- Ability to pass a welding test
- 2-5+ years of welding and fabrication experience
- TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW), and Stick (SMAW) welding
- Flux-Core welding experience is a plus
- Experience working with carbon steel and stainless steel materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move materials throughout the workday
- Manual dexterity to operate welding, measuring, and fabrication equipment
- Ability to work safely around heat, sparks, noise, and industrial machinery
- Visual ability to inspect weld quality and dimensional accuracy
- Perform TIG, MIG, and Stick welding on carbon steel and stainless steel components
- Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding symbols
- Fit, align, and weld piping, structural steel, and pressure vessel assemblies
- Inspect welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and welding procedures
- Measure finished parts to verify dimensions and tolerances
- Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, saws, and cutting tools
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to resolve fabrication issues
- Support pressure testing, inspections, and final assembly activities
