Pay: $21-$23/hour
1st Shift | 9/80 Schedule (every other Friday off! - 3 day weekend!)
Week 1- Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The Manufacturing Technician Precision Etching supports the final stages of a precision manufacturing process. This role involves operating automated equipment, performing quality inspections under magnification, handling delicate components, and ensuring products meet strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize your manufacturing experience to operate and monitor automated and manual etching equipment
- Verify equipment is functioning properly before production
- Prepare and mix chemicals according to manufacturing procedures
- Perform chemical changeovers using proper PPE and safety practices
- Inspect substrates prior to processing
- Perform detailed touch-up work using microscopes and precision dispensing equipment
- Verify critical dimensions using Nikon microscope systems
- Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on finished products
- Strip photoresist materials and inspect finished parts for cleanliness and quality
- Operate metal thickness measurement equipment
- Maintain production and quality documentation
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Cleanroom manufacturing experience
- Microscope inspection experience
- Quality inspection experience
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO
9001, IPC, or similar standards
- One onsite interview
- Drug screen required
- Background check required
- ITAR-regulated facility
