• Inspire world‑changing experiences in students and invite Jesus to transform their lives for eternity.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate quality Biblical teaching and programming that engages and connects with students.
• Develop healthy volunteer teams and leaders, providing training and support to mobilize volunteers effectively.
• Balance and execute the rhythm, workload, and development of the ministry, ensuring sustainable growth.
• Contribute to team culture by modeling Christlike character, fostering unity, and maintaining a collaborative, healthy staff environment.
• Engage volunteers, increasing participation, retention, and leadership development.
• Maintain relational and organized management of the ministry, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

• Education and Experience
  :
  Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3 years of applicable experience in a similar ministry.
• Spiritual Position
  : A deep, growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a lifestyle that demonstrates biblical character.
• Doctrinal Alignment
  :
  Alignment with the doctrinal beliefs and mission of Current – A Christian Church.
• Personal Qualities
  :
  Bias toward action, transformation, and celebration; proactive leadership; joyful, faith‑filled presence.
• Skills & Competencies

  Love for students, strong communication and teaching of Scripture, proven leadership and organizational abilities, detail‑oriented, punctual, reliable, eager to learn and innovate, teamwork.
