As a Nurse Practitioner at Preferred Urgent Care, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality medical care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams.
• Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
• Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Educating patients and their families on health management and preventative care.
• Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• A current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• The ability to work 13-hour shifts, including rotating weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and team members alike.
