Bright Star Care of Sugar Land, TX is looking for an Infusion Nurse to join our team. The position is part–time and located in Katy, TX. Bright Star Care provides uplifting in‑home care and offers a flexible schedule, recognition, and a range of benefits.

• Perform care as defined by the patient’s individual Plan of Care and within the scope of the state’s nurse practice act.
• Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes.
• Maintain patient flow sheet charting.
• Provide services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
• Ensure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Counsel the patient and family in meeting nursing and related needs.
• Variety of assignments (Infusions, injections, wound care, clinical trials & more)

• Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum one (2) year of documented experience.
• Recent infusion experience preferred.
• Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x‑ray.
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance.
• Clean background and criminal record.
• Negative pre‑employment drug screen.
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance may be required depending on client mobility. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
